Restoring Trust in Public Service Act of 2006 - Amends the federal criminal code to prescribe mandatory minimum penalties, based on the amount of unjust enrichment, to be imposed on a public official convicted of an offense arising out of conduct in the course of his or her official duty that results in that official's unjust enrichment.
