National Guard Emergency Protection Act of 2005 - Amends the federal criminal code to establish penalties for violent crimes against members of the Army National Guard or Air National Guard performing duties during an emergency declared by the President under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act.
