United States Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy Reauthorization Act of 2006 - Amends the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998, as amended by the Department of State and Related Agency Appropriations Act, 2006 to extend the United States Advisory Commission on Public Diplomacy through October 1, 2009.
