Cahaba River National Wildlife Refuge Expansion Act - Expands the boundaries of the Cahaba River National Wildlife Refuge in Bibb County, Alabama.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to make acquisitions (including conservation easements) within the boundaries of the Refuge as expanded.
