Reaffirms the commitment of the Senate to: (1) improve access to quality health care; (2) end and prevent violence against women, including the trafficking of women and girls, and ensure that the criminals who engage in those activities are brought to justice; (3) end discrimination and increase participation of women in decision-making positions in the government and private sectors; (4) extend full economic opportunities to women, including access to microfinance and microenterprise; and (5) strengthen the role of women as agents of peace.
