Amends the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to authorize the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to reimburse the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) for payments made to state or local law enforcement agencies for expenditures for personnel, materials, and facilities in an area in which the President declared a major disaster.
Replaces references to the Director of FEMA with references to the Administrator.
