Condemns the statements issued by the Iranian president. Calls on the United Nations (UN) Security Council to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. Urges the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) to ban persons or groups representing Iran from sanctioned international sporting competition, including the World Cup, until Iran: (1) rescinds its position disavowing the Holocaust; (2) repudiates its calls for the eradication of Israel; (3) ends its support for terrorism; and (4) ceases its pursuit of nuclear weapons.
