Antitrust Criminal Investigative Improvements Act of 2005 - Amends the federal criminal code to make prohibitions against illegal restraints of trade or commerce, illegal monopolizing of trade or commerce, and illegal restraints of trade or commerce in the territories or the District of Columbia under the Sherman Act predicate offenses for an order authorizing the interception of wire or oral communications.
