Expresses the sense of the House of Representatives that the United States Postal Service (USPS) should: (1) issue a semipostal stamp to promote public awareness of Alzheimer's disease and to provide a convenient way for the public to help fund medical research on Alzheimer's; and (2) transfer amounts available from the sale of such stamps to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to fund such research.
