Expresses the sense of the Senate that the: (1) members of the reserve components of the Armed Forces and the businesses that employ them are a cornerstone of the United States' successful prosecution of the war on terror, and the Federal Government should take steps to assist such businesses;
(2) business community deserves the Nation's gratitude its supporting role; and
(3) Federal Government should carefully review the adverse effects on the business community of mobilizations and demobilizations of the reserve components.
