National Drug Testing Integrity Act - Requires the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to promulgate a rule that declares any substance or device designed or intended to falsify, alter, or defraud a lawfully administered drug test for detecting a chemical or controlled substance in the body to be a banned hazardous product.
