Amends the Inter-American Development Bank Act to authorize the Secretary of the Treasury to contribute a specified amount, subject to appropriations, on behalf of the United States to the first replenishment of the resources of the Enterprise for the Americas Multilateral Investment Fund.
Authorizes appropriations for such contribution without fiscal year limitation.
