To authorize the Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office to extend a reissue patent for up to two years if the application for reissue is not processed within 10 years.
Allows the Director of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) to extend the term of a reissued patent for up to two years if the reissue delay is due to USPTO's failure to act within 10 years after the reissue application is filed.
