Declares that the House of Representatives: (1) honors the lifelong commitment of the Honorable John D. Dingell to the ideals of our Nation; (2) recognizes his half-century of exceptional dedication to his constituents, to Michigan, and to the United States; and (3) congratulates him on 50 years of superior service in the United States Congress.
