Classroom Commitment Partnership Act of 2006 - Directs the Secretary of Education to provide demonstration grants to states to extend the academic year at elementary and secondary schools to at least 200 academic days, each day comprising at least seven hours of actual instruction.
Conditions a state's grant eligibility on its having laws and policies ensuring such school year length and hours of daily instruction for the three consecutive academic years covered by the grant.
