Recognizes, on its 20th anniversary, the national role of the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities as an advocate and champion for Hispanic higher education.
Applauds Hispanic Serving Institutions for providing quality educational opportunities for all Hispanic and other students attending their institutions.
Urges those providing and supporting Hispanic higher education to continue to recruit, retain, educate, and graduate students who might not otherwise pursue higher education.
