Protection From Telemarketers Act - Amends the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act to require the Federal Trade Commission to include in rules respecting abusive telemarketing acts or practices a requirement that telemarketers not make any calls during the hours of 5 to 7 p.m.
