Urges the Kyrgyz Republic to meet its Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe commitments on democratic elections.
Urges the Kyrgyz authorities to ensure: (1) full transparency of the 2005 parliamentary elections; (2) the right to vote for all citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic; (3) access by all parties and candidates to print, radio, television, and Internet media; and (4) the right of opposition parties and candidates to assemble and campaign freely on an equal basis with all other parties.
