Directs the Secretary of State to provide to the House of Representatives, within 14 days after adoption of this resolution, all documents in the Secretary's possession (excluding those revealing intelligence sources and methods), including notes from meetings, memos, and electronic mail records, relating to the July 28, 2006, report to the House Committee on International Relations on transfers by foreign persons to Iran of nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons and missile goods, services, or technology. Requires in particular any document: (1) indicating the dates on which the draft report was circulated to and approved by various offices and bureaus of the Department of State; (2) relating to the date on which the report would be submitted to Congress; and (3) relating to the report briefing provided by Department officials to congressional staff on July 26, 2006.
