Montana Cemetery Act of 2006 - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, through the Regional Forester, Northern Region, Missoula, Montana, to convey by quitclaim deed for no consideration to Jefferson County, Montana, the parcel of National Forest System land known as the Elkhorn Cemetery to be used as a county cemetery and managed in consideration of its historical and cultural values.
