Judicial Disclosure Responsibility Act - Amends the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to: (1) restrict disclosure of personal information about family members of judges whose revelation might endanger them; and (2) extend through 2009 the authority of the Judicial Conference to redact certain personal information of judges from financial disclosure reports. Specifies addition types of information the Administrative Council of the U.S. Courts must include in its annual report to certain congressional committees on redaction of judicial financial disclosure reports.
