Allows the Mount Olivet Cemetery Association in Salt Lake City, Utah, to use all or part of the property conveyed by the Act of January 23, 1909 (the Act), which is still owned by the Association and which is not used by the Association for cemetery purposes, for the construction of a school and related educational and recreational purposes in addition to the purpose specified in the Act. Permits such property to be conveyed as authorized under state law subject to such modified use restrictions.
