Expresses the condolences of the House of Representatives on the death of the Honorable Stephanie Tubbs Jones, a former Representative from Ohio.
Declares that when the House adjourns on September 8, 2008, it stand adjourned as a further mark of respect to the memory of Representative Tubbs Jones.
