Personnel Reimbursement for Intelligence Cooperation and Enhancement of Homeland Security Act (PRICE of Homeland Security Act) - Allows financial assistance provided to state, local, or tribal governments by the Secretary of Homeland Security under the Homeland Security Grant Program for terrorism prevention activities to be used to pay the salaries of current staff, and hire new staff, who serve as intelligence analysts to facilitate information and intelligence sharing activities.
