Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area Act of 2008 - Establishes the Mississippi Delta National Heritage Area.
Designates the Mississippi Delta National Heritage Partnership as the local coordinating entity for the Area.
Requires the Partnership to submit a management plan for the Area.
Authorizes appropriations.
