Declares that, when: (1) the House adjourns on the legislative day of Thursday, May 22 or 23, 2008, it stand adjourned until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 3, 2008; and (2) the Senate recesses or adjourns on any day from Thursday, May 22, 2008, through Friday, May 30, 2008, it stand recessed or adjourned until noon on Monday, June 2, 2008.
