Declares that the Senate: (1) notes with deep sorrow the death of Henry John Hyde, a former Representative from Illinois, on November 29, 2007, in Chicago; (2) extends its heartfelt sympathy to his family; and (3) recognizes his life of service and outstanding contributions.
