Referred to the Committee on House Administration, and in addition to the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
Excludes Members of Congress (including the Vice President and any member of the Senate or the House of Representatives) from the federal employees health benefits (FEHB) program.
Authorizes payment or reimbursement of expenses for the cost of health benefits for Members of Congress and eligible family members on vouchers approved and signed by the Clerk of the House or the Secretary of the Senate, as the case may be.
