Recognizes the importance of the U.S. wine, winegrape, and grape products industry to the American economy.
Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit a copy of this resolution to the Commissioner of the Texas Department of Agriculture and the Texas Wine and Grape Growers Association in Grapevine, Texas.
