Unconditionally supports the members of the National Guard and recognizes their sacrifices made on behalf of the United States.
States that the House of Representatives will: (1) work to ensure that the National Guard receives the resources it needs; and (2) support the families of Guard members, especially those who have died while serving on active duty.
