Encourages: (1) employers to check the names of potential employees with federal and state sex offender registries when hiring for positions involving children; (2) online dating sites to check the names of site members and those seeking site membership with federal and state sex offender registries and adopt appropriate safeguards; and (3) all states and jurisdictions to expeditiously implement sex offender registration requirements enacted by the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006.
