Connell Lake Watershed Protection and Recreation Act - Directs the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of the Interior to convey specified federal lands and interests (the Connell Lake conveyance area) to the Ketchikan Gateway Borough in Alaska.
Requires the Connell Lake conveyance area, once conveyed, to be managed in accordance with the terms of the Recreation and Public Purposes Act.
