To amend title 10, United States Code, to require that each member of the Armed Forces receive employment assistance, job training assistance, and other transitional services provided by the Secretary of Labor before that member separates from active duty service.

Modifies the requirement that the Secretary of Labor provide employment assistance, job training assistance, and other transitional services to each member of the Armed Forces who is being separated from active duty (and the member's spouse).
Directs the Secretary concerned (the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of Homeland Security, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs), where such services are available on a routine basis, to require each member to receive such services.
