Requires funds generated by fees collected during FY2009-FY2014 for admission to or for using recreation facilities located in public recreation areas at Denison Dam, Lake Texoma, Texas and Oklahoma, to be retained by the Secretary of the Army and used to cover the cost of repairing any federally owned recreation structure, facility, or real property at Lake Texoma damaged as a result of flooding prior to September 30, 2007.
