Expresses the deepest sympathies of the House of Representatives to the citizens of the states hit by the storms over the devastation caused by the powerful tornados that struck their communities on February 5, 2008. Expresses the appreciation of the House to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), first responders, and the others involved in the relief effort for their valiant service to those affected by the storms. Expresses the support of the House as the citizens of these communities continue their efforts to rebuild their community and their lives.
