Medicare Senior Housing Plan Act of 2009 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to create a senior housing facility plan option, meeting specified criteria, which may be offered by a Medicare Advantage organization.
Retricts enrollment to individuals who reside in: (1) a continuing care retirement community; or (2) a housing facility assisted under the Housing Act of 1959 or supported under the low-income housing federal income tax credit program and qualify for rental assistance under section 8 of the United States Housing Act of 1937.
