Recognizes the critical roles played by the Department of Commerce and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection in enforcing U.S. trade laws as well as antidumping and countervailing duty orders. Supports the effective enforcement of U.S. trade laws, including antidumping and countervailing duty orders as they pertain to transshipment, in order to protect U.S. revenue and consumers and remedy harm to impacted U.S. companies and industries and U.S. workers. Encourages U.S. trading partners to take prompt action to ensure that foreign companies exporting to the United States abide by all U.S. trade laws and antidumping and countervailing duty orders.
