Social Security Forever Act of 2009 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to impose on employers, employees, and self-employed individuals an additional employment tax for wages in excess of the social security contribution and benefit base.
Requires all Treasury securities to bear a facsimile of the signatures of the President and the Secretary of the Treasury.
