Utah Public Land Conveyance Act of 2009 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey to Park City, Utah, two parcels of land known as the White Acre and Gamble Acre parcels.
Requires the Secretary to conduct sales of the federal land identified as parcels 17 and 18. Provides for the disposition of the proceeds from such land sales.
