Cane River National Heritage Area Reauthorization Act of 2009 - Amends the Cane River Creole National Historical Park and National Heritage Area Act to: (1) revise the boundaries of the Cane River National Heritage Area, Louisiana; (2) revise the duties of the Cane River National Heritage Area Commission; and (3) terminate such Commission on August 5, 2025 (under current law, on the day occurring 10 years after the first official meeting of the Commission).
