Declares that when the House adjourns on any legislative day from Wednesday, March 24, 2010, through Monday, March 29, 2010, it stand adjourned until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, April 13, 2010.
Declares that when the Senate recesses or adjourns on any day from Thursday, March 25, 2010, through Wednesday, March 31, 2010, it stand recessed or adjourned until noon on Monday, April 12, 2010.
