Declares that, when the House adjourns: (1) on Wednesday, January 28, 2009, it stand adjourned until 2 p.m. on Monday, February 2, 2009; and (2) on Wednesday, February 4, 2009, it stand adjourned until 2 p.m. on Monday, February 9, 2009.
