Authorizes the Fair Housing Commemorative Foundation to establish a commemorative work on federal land in the District of Columbia and its environs in commemoration of the enactment of the Fair Housing Act on April 11, 1968.
Prohibits the use of federal funds to pay any expense for the establishment of the commemorative work.
Makes the Fair Housing Commemorative Foundation solely responsible for acceptance of contributions and payment of expenses for the establishment of such commemorative work.
