Expresses appreciation for the profound dedication and public service of Enrique "Kiki" Camarena, a special agent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) murdered in the line of duty. Tenders sympathy and appreciation to his family, friends, and DEA colleagues.
Encourages communities and organizations to commemorate the sacrifice of Special Agent Camarena through the promotion of drug-free communities and participation in drug prevention activities.
