Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to convey by sale to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix, Arizona, all interest of the United States in and to a parcel of land in the Coconino National Forest consisting of approximately 11.07 acres and identified on the map entitled "Chapel of the Holy Cross Parcel, Sedona, Arizona," and dated October 2009.
Requires the Diocese to pay the fair market value of such parcel to the Secretary, as determined by an appraisal conducted in accordance with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
