United States Patent and Trademark Office Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2010 - Makes supplemental FY2010 appropriations of $129 million to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office of the Department of Commerce.
Rescinds the same amount of appropriations, currently available under the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2010 for periodic censuses and programs, from the Bureau of the Census.
