Reduce Our Deficits Act - Rescinds $1.6 billion of unobligated balances made available for the Bureau of the Census.
Requires any amounts received by the federal government as rentals or royalties to be deposited into the general fund of the Treasury and used for federal budget deficit reduction or, if there is no budget deficit, for reducing the national debt.
