International Child Protection Act of 2010 - Amends the Immigration and Nationality Act to make aliens convicted of sex offenses against minors inadmissible to the United States.
Expresses the sense of Congress that the Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS), the Attorney General, and the Secretary of State should work with foreign law enforcement agencies and international organizations to establish related information reporting mechanisms.
