(This measure has not been amended since it was introduced. The summary of that version is repeated here.) Amends the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1991 to increase from up to 12 to up to 32 the number of positions under the Architect of the Capitol (AOC) jurisdiction for which the AOC may fix the rate of basic pay at a rate not to exceed the highest total rate of pay for the Senior Executive Service for the locality involved. Makes certain amounts appropriated for FY2007-FY2010 to the AOC available for acquisition of real property for the use of the Capitol Police.
