History Is Learned from the Living Act - Establishes the History Is Learned from the Living grant program. Requires the Secretary of the Interior to make one-year grants of $200,000 each to community groups, organizations, or institutions to carry out projects through which the community may learn about U.S. historical events in the past century through the oral histories of community members who participated in those events.
